Removal of Route 100 Bus Services

The county council is looking to remove the current regular bus services to Leicester and Melton Mowbray in order to achieve budget savings.  You may have seen a notice on the noticeboard about this and encouraging us to contact a particular council officer with our views.

The council has now started a consultation to collect our views on the service – and their proposed suggestion to the way that it is delivered.  There is a web page at http://www.leics.gov.uk/transportconsultation and a consultation pamphlet with a response form to read, fill in and return.

Deadlines for responses is Monday 9th July.

Any queries please contact 0116 305 0002 or email publictransportpolicy@leics.gov.uk

You may also want to call them if you want a paper copy, or large print version, of the pamphlet…
